(Nasdaq: HILL), a market leader in providing flexible storage offerings and responsive service and support to OEMs and system integrators (SIs), today announced the company's Chief Information Architect Mike Jensen will speak on the topic of green storage technologies at Storage Networking World Fall 2007. Dot Hill is also a Gold sponsor of the event.
The industry's premier storage conference and trade show designed for IT end-users and storage networking professionals, SNW Fall 2007 will take place at the Gaylord Texan Hotel and Convention Center in Dallas Oct. 15-18.
Co-sponsored by the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA) and Computerworld, the SNW Fall 2007 conference agenda boasts more than 130 educational sessions led by industry analysts, visionaries and end users. Jensen's presentation, entitled, "Finding the Greenbacks in Going Green," will take place Wednesday, Oct. 17 from 4:55 to 5:40 p.m. CT. Jensen will speak on new and emerging tactics and technologies being leveraged to develop storage solutions that address today's critical business needs and key environmental considerations, including power and cooling issues in the data center, to deliver economic benefits in an environmentally sound manner. During the show, Dot Hill will exhibit its next-generation Series 2000 storage solutions, including the company's newest offering and its first product for the iSCSI market, the Dot Hill 2330, which will be officially launched and generally available at SNW. Additionally, the company will also debut the Dot Hill 5730, its new midrange RAID solution.
