Dana W. Kammersgard
President & CEO -
Dana W. Kammersgard has served as Dot Hill's President, CEO and Director since March 2006. He served as President from August 2004 to March 2006. From August 1999 to August 2004, Mr. Kammersgard served as the company's Chief Technical Officer. Mr. Kammersgard was a founder of Artecon and served as a director from its inception in 1984 until the company's merger with Box Hill Systems Corp. in August 1999. At Artecon, Mr. Kammersgard served in various positions since 1984, including Secretary and Senior Vice President of Engineering from March 1998 until August 1999 and as Vice President of Sales and Marketing from March 1997 until March 1998. Prior to co-founding Artecon, Mr. Kammersgard was the director of software development at CALMA, a division of General Electric Company. Mr. Kammersgard holds a B.A. in Chemistry from the University of California, San Diego.

Hanif I. Jamal
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer -
Hanif I. Jamal has served as Dot Hill's Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since July 2006. Prior to joining Dot Hill, Mr. Jamal served as Vice President and Corporate Treasurer for Gateway Inc., from 2002-2006. Prior to joining Gateway, Mr. Jamal served in a number of leadership positions over 17 years within Hewlett- Packard Company in the captive customer financing division, HP Technology Finance. Mr. Jamal led the company's customer financing operations in North America, Latin America and Europe and was also Vice President and General Manager for HP's Commercial and Consumer Financing Division. In 1998, he established Hewlett-Packard International Bank in Dublin, Ireland, and served as Managing Director through 2000. Jamal holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology in the United Kingdom.

James E. Kuenzel
Senior Vice President of Engineering -
James E. Kuenzel has served as Dot Hill's senior Vice President of Engineering since February 2006. Mr. Kuenzel joined Dot Hill after leaving Maranti Networks Inc. where he began his tenure in 2002 as the company's Vice President of Engineering and then was appointed to President and Chief Operating Officer. Kuenzel has also held Vice President of Engineering positions at McData Corporation, Cabletron Systems, Inc. and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Kuenzel attended Georgetown University Extension, University of Wisconsin Extension, and holds an A.A. in Electronics from Philco Ford Technical Institute.

Ernest Hafersat
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Base Management -
With Dot Hill Systems Corp. since 2008
Ernest Hafersat has served as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations and Supply Base Management since November, 2008, with previous position as Vice President of Worldwide Manufacturing Operations and Supply Base Management upon joining Dot Hill in March, 2008. My. Hafersat joined Dot Hill after leaving Western Digital Corporation where he held senior level positions in operations and engineering. Prior to Western Digital, Ernie was Vice President, Manufacturing Operations & Program Management for Carrier Access Corp. Previous positions include Vice President, Operations for Vari-l Corp., Vice President/ GM at Read-Rite Corp.- Philippines, Senior Director, Engineering/ NPI at Maxtor Corp. and Director of Engineering at Hyundai Semiconductor- Korea. Mr. Hafersat has overseen Operations, Supply Base Management, Global Supplier Quality and Engineering for both domestic and international multi-site facilities. His international experience includes China, Pacific Rim countries, Europe, Mexico and Costa Rica. Mr. Hafersat has a BSIE/BSEE from Waterbury State Technical University, and attended University of Hartford and Rennsslaer Polytechnic Institute with credits toward an MBA.

Andy Mills
Vice President of Marketing and Business Development -
Andy Mills has served as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development since November, 2008. Mr. Mills joined Dot Hill with the acquisition of the RAIDCore software RAID team from Ciprico where he was Senior Executive Vice President of Marketing and Development. Prior to Ciprico, Mills was CEO of startup NetCell Corporation developing RAID-on-chip solutions for the PC server and workstation markets and SVP/GM of TDK Semiconductor's Broadband Communications Division. Previous to that, he held several field positions at Advanced Micro Devices in both the US and Europe, and as a hardware design engineer, led the development of one of the first parallel processor systems for use in sonar submarine applications at Ferranti Computer Systems UK. Andy holds an MEng and BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangor University in North Wales.

Cooper Cowart
Vice President & General Manager, HP Business Unit -
Cooper Cowart has served as the Vice President and General Manager, responsible for the strategic OEM relationship with Hewlett Packard since November, 2008. Prior to this position, he was in senior management roles in the marketing organization at Dot Hill since its acquisition of Chaparral Network Storage in 2004. At Chaparral, he was the Vice President of Marketing for three years, over which time he managed all aspects of marketing. Over the last twenty five years, Mr. Cowart has held positions in several high-tech companies including StorageTek, Storage Networks and Inflow. His roles and responsibilities during his tenure at these companies included product marketing, marketing strategy, field marketing, and marketing communications. Mr. Cowart has a Bachelor of Science from Colorado College and an MBA from Colorado State University.

Dave Zimmer
Vice President, Worldwide Channel Sales -
David Zimmer has served as the Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales and Marketing since June 2009. Prior to joining Dot Hill, Mr. Zimmer held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales for DataDirect Networks, managing global OEM partners such as Dell, IBM and Sony as well as expanding its reseller channels around the world in key vertical markets. He is credited with developing the company's first partner program, XPath. Mr. Zimmer is a technology veteran with more than twenty years of channel sales experience, having held key positions at DataDirect Networks, Pillar Data Systems, QLogic and Cisco. As Senior Director of Worldwide Channel Sales and Marketing at QLogic, he was responsible for global channel strategy that successfully increased channel revenue from $12 million to $200 million in five years. Mr. Zimmer has a B.S. in Business Computer Methods and a M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach.

Garrett Wein
Vice President, Worldwide OEM Sales -
Garrett Wein has served as Vice President of Worldwide OEM sales since 2006. Mr. Wein is a twenty year veteran in the storage Industry including the last 10 years with Dot Hill. He has been instrumental in several key OEM designs wins and is also responsible for Federal Sales Team. Prior to Dot Hill, he led OEM Sales at SAG Electronics, a startup developing Intel white-box server and RAID storage solutions. Garrett holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Management from Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts.

Mike Flood
Vice President, Worldwide Quality & Customer Support/Service -
Michael Flood has served as Vice President of Quality and Customer Support/Service since January 2008, and is responsible for the company's worldwide quality/reliability and customer service and support organizations. Mr. Flood has over twenty seven years of experience in the quality and reliability fields. Prior to joining Dot Hill Systems, he led the quality, reliability and sustaining program functions at LeftHand Networks. Mr. Flood also served as Vice President of Corporate Quality at Quantum, Conner Technology, and Maxtor Corporation where he led strategic quality planning, global quality systems, customer satisfaction teams and product reliability programs. Mr. Flood holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Chemistry; and a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
